Please help identify this top case (with mount?) !!!

Please lay some knowledge on me!!

What I know:
It was an extra part the guy gave me when i purchased my 04 Vfr...
It's a Givi top case mount (possibly with a mounting plate already attached?)

What I THINK based on a little research:
It's a monokey rack, not a monolock
Mounting Hardware: model Fz166 (monokey)
Mounting plate: M5 (monokey)
It's not compatible with the OEM panniers
Mine is completely assembled, ready to mount to a vfr with hardware on the bike already, and ready to put on a monokey case and go

Any and all details would be great. I know this is the place the VFR experts roam. I use the OEM panniers, and I want to Ebay this and represent it accurately in the sell. Thanks in advance!!!!!!! (BTW, what's it worth? Any buyers out there?)
