I made a huge mistake and accidentally used to long of a bolt putting my plastics back on and the bolt came through the surface in the plastic next to the windscreen. The bolt did not come through, but it broke the surface and is pretty unsightly.
Any suggestions on how to repair this stupid mistake?
    Picture attached...I hope!

Painter to the rescue! It's tricky stuff plastic.. Heres the deal. A good paint store can sell a two part kit from 3M, 3M is a must. I dont have the number in front of me, but a good shop will know. In order to fix a crack you need to grind a valley in the crack. scuff the area in both sides of the crack, inside and out with 80Gr. Mix and fill, both sides. This material is sandable. Finish sanding lines and little edges with a non-shrinking finishing glaze. Prime and spot paint to blend, buff. It's a lot of material for a small job like that, about 50-150 pending how much of the panel your going to paint.
