Pannier and top box racks.

Spent this afternoon fitting stock racks for the side panniers and top box. As much as it's nice to get familiar with the back end of the bike, the fact the the racks don't quite line up with bolt holes as they should is rather tiresome.

Nice new sargent seat arrived today as well, all sorted for the summer!

What is that on the forks in front of the calipers?

 

It's the tax disk holder, nothing exciting!

 

Had a quick ride with the Sargent seat, a definite improvement on the stock seat.

I'm planning on putting some miles on, have to say I'm really impressed by the volume of the panniers.

 

I put those on my RWB, minus the truck. The gap between the grab bars and the hardware is a little unsettling... But I'm guessing I need the OEM trunkmount hardware to close that?

 

Nice setup and good looking. You'll love all the space you have for long trips. Though your top cruising speed may be limited to around 120mph because of aerodynamics. (wiggles)
