Painting my 2001 VFR 800 Red bike

    I want to bring in my bike into a local paint shop to repaint the whole bike. I know the color code is R157. Any advice before I hand them over my bike? What is Colorrite top 2228-2? How many clear coats should I expect from them? Thanks in advance.



    1998, 1999, 2001 - Red, Honda Red, Italian Red, R157, Colorrite top 2228-2
