I’ve ridden the VFR once this year back when there was still snow on the ground so I was looking forward to this weekend. Up until last weekend I had been working on 2 older Yamaha enduro’s and finally got them running. So I clean the VFR up a little, check the oil, tires, etc, when my wife reminds me I was taking her to lunch.

I’m pushing the VFR out of the way and in between the 2 others when the front right blinker on the VFR connects with left rear blinker on the DT125 and breaks off a chunk of the VFR's fairing as well as knocks the blinker out of the fairing! I was livid! I not only am not going for the ride, I have to take the fairing apart and fix the damage. This might just become a winter project. I pushed the blinker back into the correct area, maybe some duct tape on the back…

    Lunch was subdued.

    Ouch!

    :eek:hwell:

Well if the turn signal itself is still all in one piece, I bet some good ol fashioned redneck repair is in order. Maybe some adhesive, and paint repair?
