So I rode 75 miles to and from class today. No problem at all. 75 degrees out, beautiful day. I park the bike in the garage, go inside for about 45 minutes. I came back out, got all my Power Ranger gear on, put key in ignition, turn to start, lights come one... no FI sound, nothing, nada. I flick the kill switch, nothing still. I try for 5 minutes, nothing happens. I take off helmet, gloves, jacket, try it one last time, FI activates, bike starts. Too late, took car to next class. Come home, bike starts, no problems.

I replaced the battery a month ago, I have had this problem before, but it seemed to go away. Any one have this trouble with the evil electrical gremlin or is it just me?  ???

Check the security of yoru battery connections. I had a negative post that kept vibrating loose and had to Loctite the connection. Fried an RR in the process of finding it but has been trouble free for over a year now.
