HI all!! The reason I say I changed my mind is that originally I was looking for a '93 suzuki gsxr 750. Then it happened...... I was looking for a single sided swingarm kit for it and BAM!!! Up pops a 03 VFR. It was love at first site. Less then three weeks later I bought a 2003 VFR with only 1647 miles on it. I have had it for about a week and have rode it everyday. I should mention that I have not been on a bike in ten years. (bad divorce, life changes, no money...lol) I LOVE THIS BIKE!!!!! hopw to meet more VFR's in colorado soon!!!!!

    New VFRHead,

    Emeran

Welcome dude! Way different bike for sure! I had a 96' GSXR750 all tricked out with flatslides, ohlins the works, it was a sweet ride but not for me. Too high RPM, and man it was a torture rack! Glad you like the VFR.

Doood. So post a picture of your new joy Emes, and if you follow the "Members Map" link at the top of the page, you can not only add a pin near your home, but see who else is near where you'd like to ride. SWEET!

Do they still make phones without cameras in them?

Seems like I've given you the perfect excuse to ride for an away lunch, or run over to pick something up somewhere.

cool thing about the VFR is that it has a passenger seat! - so your partner will be able to sit right there and enjoy. Hard top case even has backrest potential for 'em to lean on when they're tired of leaning on you.

True enuf about the phone,noz....point taken.lol!

It would be a great excuse, but with my job, I cannot leave for any of the 12 hours I am here in my office. Sucks. But it allowed me to buy the bike so I will not complain.(for now)

And true about the Passenger. But I like to ride ALOT. my first bike ever was a Brand new 92 yamaha seca 2. I rode so much I had to take it in for its 500 mile sevice two days
after I bought it. and that was just riding around town in Gillette, WY!!!! I thikn I just need to find a woman with her own ride.

Congrats on the VFR! Awesome bikes. Like you, I took many years away from riding before returning with the VFR. Kinda nice to come back to riding with one of the best bikes in production. Enjoy!

Grand Junction huh? My mom grew up in Rifle and I am pretty familiar with that part of CO. I would love to ride up there sometime. Kitchen passes are hard to come by these days though. Maybe Cruzinaz and I could meet up with you in Durango and ride the 145, 550, 160 loop some time!
