I am working on a 90 vfr i believe, and on the right side of the bike there are two chrome cooling lines i belieive and the previous owner has them blocked off(with a bolt stuck in the hoses). Now i have looked at diagrams and they both look like they hook up under the carbs somewhere but i dont see where. It has the seperate oil cooler so i figured these were to put oil back to the top of the engine. Any thoughts or good pics would be great as im just fixing this to sell for a friend for his medical expenses. thanks

Oil cooler lines aren't chromed. I suspect you're looking at the lines designed to pump air into the exhaust as part of the emissions control system, and those are often disconnected and blocked.
