OEM trunk with bags mounting spacers?

I just got done mounting the OEM hard bags and trunk. I have one question though.

The 4 bolts that mount the grab bar, or the trunk or hardbags. What is the spacer configuration if any when mounting both the trunk and hard bags? I used no spacer. But the trunk came with 4 short ones, and 4 long ones.

Should the short ones go between the side bags and the trunk? So many ways. Thanks in advance.

 

Looks like this was a while back but my instructions show the larger spacers to be used to standoff the rack for the trunk. I was missing one so I had to use one of the shorter ones and stack some washers. I don't have the side bags but I don't think that would matter on mounting the rack for the trunk.
