    Hi all,

My odometer has stopped working (the clock which shows how many miles travelled). Would anyone know where the device which measures this is or do I have to remove the whole dashboard and repair the circuitry?

    Thanks very much

    Welcome to VFRW.

It may help to know what model year you have.
So, the speedo works but the odometer does not?

Yes the speedo works but the odometer doesn't. It's a VFR800F

Jeez mate! You were asked "what model and year you have"? And the best you could come up with is "its a VFR800F".......Great! ok I'll guess, maybe a 2014 onwards 8gen?

    No worries mate!....
So if I guess its a 5th gen. Check the instrument panel PCB and make sure the copper tracks from the speedo that go across to the LCD have continuity, check for broken or corroded tracks, simply solder a wire bridge to fix. Also, make sure the 6 screws for the LCD are making good contact to the PCB copper tracks.
