I recently installed a set of Micron slip-ons and a power commander usb III on my 04. The Dyno map is for the Microns with two O2 sensor eliminators, but their website says they are only needed on California and out of country models.
I bought my 04 brand new from a Honda dealer four months ago in Georgia. Neither the dealer nor Micron could tell me if it has O2 sensors. Anyone know???
    Much thanks in advance!

I believe it will have the sensors. I am in Australia and have them. Have a look around the lowest area of the exhaust system rigth under the middle of the belly of the bike and see if there are some electrical wires coming out of it. If there are, then you have the O2 sensors. Here is a thread with some info on installing 330ohm resistors that do the same job.

    Hope this helps.

All the 6th Gens have them 2002 and up. it isn't because of the exhaust cans, it is because of the ECU and the Catalytic converter for emission control and the power commander is the reason you need to bypass them because they will tell the ECU to richen or lean the fuel/air mixture to compensate for amount of O2 in the exhaust gases and the PC needs to fool the ECU so that it can control the Mixture. O2 in exhaust is indicative of not enough fuel to burn all the O2 (too lean) AAHH the laws of stoichiometry
