Went down to the local stealer looking for led lights for my fat tire kit I'm putting on my vtx, then I saw it, the 25th vfr, last time I rode one was 84, a buddy had a 1000, I loved riding that bike.

sooo,, after 4 days of telling myself, NO, I DONT need another bike, and trying to convince myself not to buy it, well,,,,

As you can see I have no will power, and am I ever glad that I don't. Only have 850 miles on it so far, but what a frikkin blast to ride, I don't know what I would change on it, well maybe the wimpy horn.

I live in Tucson, and fortunatley I can get out in the afternoons just about anytime I want, so if anyone wants to blast down to Sonoita, or Arrivaca, or,,,,, wherever, let me know! I ride with 3 others when we can, 2 cbr's, 1 ninja, and all 4 of us are different level riders, but no pressure, all ride at our own pace, the nutz one waits for us, easy goin group.

Getting into race season so weekends are gonna be busy, 3 cars, 3 drivers.

Right now 1 rear engine dragster I run in Top dragster, 7.80, my oldest is licensing in it now, sooo, probably lose that ride, oh well. Youngest just got done with the Jr.drags, running 7.90 1/8 mile, she has 2 new rides this year, 10 sec Monza, and will be driving a new Jr. Comp dragster, rear engine Hyabusa powered, 6.90 heads up 1/8th mile class, also will run 1/4 mile, we hope in the low nines.
The Jr Comp is a new class, she will be driving at the Nationals in Denver, end of July, 10-K to win for the owner of that car if she does well, and maybe will continue having a driving job with that team.

Welcome to the group. I undderstand how the new RWB 07 can erode ones will power. That's why I stay away from the dealer. hehehe. Thanks for joining us and making our community larger.

Welcome to the group. Beautiful looking bike. I haven't seen one in the dealer's yet; probably would be tempted, myself. Enjoy!

You are right on the money. That is exactly what motivated me to buy the '07 RWB. I currently have an '86 VF500F and an '86 VFR750F - both are RWB Interceptors. I've kept both of these bikes for a long time. I also bought a new '99 VFR800 which I liked, but let go after a few years.

I'm in the Northeast and my dealer says I won't see the bike until mid-February. It will look great alongside both of my '86 Interceptors. I can't wait to line them up and take some photos.
