NOOB Re-Intro with NTM 6th GEN ABS

Signed up a few months ago when I had an '05 ABS in my sights, but it went to another garage before I could pull the string. But now I've gone from this:

Found the NTM '05 ABS in Knoxville from the previous owner, who was reluctently disposing of the bike prior to an overseas job move. The package is an almost stock ABS with 11,XXX on the clock, Sargeant seat, speed heeler and head light modulator. I'll miss the Guzzi, but I can only accomodate 1 bike at-a-time. When I test drove the one that got away, I knew the VFR had all the features and umpf I wanted for my riding purposes and spent the last few months skulking classifieds for one in my part of the world. First on my list is to add Helibars, side cases,try to find a way to improve the mirrors field of view and a replacement for the memp-memp horn. Went by the local Honda shop last weekend and found a slighty used Honda service manual and a set of crazy low priced OEM side cases. Got the service manual and will probably snag the sidecases in a few days. The cases are blue so I'll need a re-paint, but at what he's asking, I couldn't get Givi bags and fitment gear, for the price asked and painting. I'm glad to be here and I look forward to soaking up all the corporate knowledge and asking a hoard of typically noob questions about the VFR.

now dont delay in replacing that stock exhaust system with an aftermarket set....makes a big difference to the 6th gen.
