NGK sparkplug question

    Can't find my reference material, so which is a standard plug for a gen 3 ??

    And is the CR8 or the CR9 the colder plug ??

    squirrel, usually the lower the number is hotter. NGK has this posted on their site as well, AFAIK champion is the only one using higher numbers for hotter, but this could have changed (hopefully)

    American made plugs the higher the number the hotter

    European/Japaneses (may be rest of world) higher number is colder
