I have had my '00 VFR 800 fi for a couple months now after learning how to ride on a Yamaha FZ 600 this summer. It was an old bike and needed work. I have always wanted a Honda. A friend offered to sell me his VFR, so I dropped the FZ like this afternoon's chinese buffet and have ridden the VFR every opportunity/excuse I could get. I have spent some time on VFRD, good bunch of folks, but kinda stuffy. Very knowledgeable and willing to help, but not much sense of humor. So I thought I'd poke around here and see who else owns a mighty Viffer.

welcome to the site. glad to have you here. we try to keep it pretty mellow around here. occasional flame-ups occur but we don't get crazy with the fire extinguishers too quick.
