I've been anticipating the day I get my VFR, however, I thought I should get something smaller and cheaper to refresh on after a long long time off the bike. Completed my MSF course and now I am ready to go. What is the best way to go for my reintroduction, the used Suzuki DRZ400SM an early 1990's VFR 750 or (maybe some other suggestions)? I don't want to "begin, if you will" on the VFR of my choice. I've read the forums and I have checked the prices! Plastic is EXPENSIVE.

    Thx

I like my 2000 600 katana myself when I got back into riding. Very easy to handle and not too much power to get yo into trouble.

You can never go wrong with the ever popular SV650.
