Hello all, just wanted to say a big thanks for all the great info on this site! Did a lot of reading and research here, really helped out with new Interceptor purchase and getting the right engine breakin procedure. Picked up my brand new 6th Gen 2007 Interceptor from dealer here in SoCal last month and already have almost the first 1,000 miles on, lovin the ride! Per the advice on here, did the first oil change early and getting ready for the second. My last VFR was 4th gen 1997, which I sold a few years ago. Gotta say, the 6th gen VTEC takes a bit of getting used to, very different engine and power band from 4th Gen. Read the post on PowerCommander and O2 sensor, maybe that will be my first mod. Anyway, thanks to all the great info on this site, very happy with new VFR !! - Jim

Welcome to VFRW Jim! There are quite a number of active members from the San Diego area and I hope you can meet them too. Post up some pics and come join us for some rides. I'm from LA but visit my best buddies who are also avid VIFFERS in your area. Ride safe and enjoy your new bike!
