Hello, I just picked up a white 2002 VFR. About two months ago I decided I wanted a different ride so I trade from a 2006 Triumph Thruxton 900 to a 2002 Kawasaki 800. It was after three longer rides, 300 to 400 each, that I decided I am not a cruiser rider. Looked around and found a great deal on a VFR. Can't wait to take it out and give it some miles.

Just took it out for a run. First one! Loved it! Better pics to put up.
Looking for the right passenger foot peg and mount. The left one was with it, but no right. Where is a good place to find the parts?

Idaho??? WTF kind of impostor are you with a name like baddabing? Witness relocation?

Nice looking ride you got there. Are my old eyes getting worse, or are they a bit blurry?

Personally, I love the look of the 6th Gen WITHOUT the rear pegs, but I guess if you're planning on riding 2 up, you kinda need that. Unless your lady happens to have a prosthetic right leg that can be removed during riding. If so, then you bought the perfect bike!

They are a bit blurry. Damn iPhone camera is kinda crappy. No witness relocation, at least that I can talk about, statute of limitations and all. I will say that the goat is fine and has no PTSD.

The only time I really want the pegs is when I want to ride with the wife on it rather than letting her ride her shadow. Her prosthetic leg is hard to take off and on, dragging it behind creates too many sparks and smoke and makes the dogs in the area bark because of the high pitched squeal. Plus my kids enjoy riding around the neighborhood behind both the wife and I.

Yeah, the PO painted the back wheel with some rattle can. This winter I will take both wheels in and have them powder coated white.
