hi just a quick hello from new UK member Phil bought my 2011 VFR1200f late last year after having to sell my 2016 fjr1300 after a heart attack left me unable to manage the Fjr wish i'd tried this bike years ago fast, great handling , lighter and low seat height have enabled me to carry on enjoying my biking looking forwards to many miles travelling and keeping up to date through forums like this just a few pics of my bike
Looking good Phil There are a fair few members this side of the Pond - so if you add an approximate location to your profile - you may find another 1200 rider nearby. That bike looks well equipped for longer tours around Europe - so do you have any plans? Earlier this month my VFR had no issues on a 3000 mile round trip from the Alps to Harrogate with a group from Ulysses Club France, and next year the French club will be hosting the 2019 European meeting in the Vosges in September 2019. If you are interested in joining in I am sure there will be several large groups heading over to the Vosges from the GB club as well as clubs in Norway, Switzerland and Germany. SkiMad
