    Hello Everyone,

I am coming back to motorcycles after a "long" pause. I stumbled on VFR 800 bikes while trolling through the dealer inventories here in Toronto.

    They feel just right.

I have found a new 2005 (dark grey no ABS) and a few black metallic 2006 w/ ABS. Now I just have to make up my mind.

This looks like a great site! I was directed here by a 1999 VFR rider I met a the dealer yesterday.

    John

welcome to the group. Is it still warm enough to ride up there? It has been 46 when I leave for work in the morning here lately. It's warmer when I come home, though.

    Thanks for the welcome.

It's not bad here in the morning (8 to 10 C or low 40s), and really nice through the day. That will come to a halt one of these days, but I guess this is the upside to global warming - longer riding season!

Welcome to the group and I would venture you will be happy with the VFR. They are great all around machines that can just about do it all (maybe even off-roading if you set it up right, lol). Good luck with your decision and hope to see you here often.

    Welcome fellow Canuck!

    Welcome to VFR World, PM_Wizard.
Always nice to have another fellow canuck among our ranks.

You will really enjoy your VFR.

I bought mine this summer, back in July and I love it!

I still ride to work everyday and yes it is getting chilly here as well,
    in the mornings.

But since my insurance is already paid for, for the whole year, I will try
to ride my bike as long as I can get away with it, that is until the snow comes.

    Take care and ride safe!

    Hello everyone:

I bought a 2003 VFR 800 ABS complete with Hondaline luggage last night. I will get it in a couple of weeks (going on vacation!). It is beautiful, lovingly cared for by the previous owner, and it is RED!

I am really excited about this, and will keep you posted.
