Just picked up my new 2007 RWB VFR800; 0 miles, $7,600 before T&L. Beautiful bike, no idea why there are still so many of these available, Honda must have built a bunch of them. Strangest thing so far is the VTEC engagement; I owned a Honda S2000 a while back that did the same thing at the same rpm, and that car was a blast. As a new 2007, have any recalls come up on this bike over the last 4 years that need dealer attention? Thanks;
There were no recalls issued for any 6th Gen VFR's from 2006 onward. In other words, get on that damn thing and ride it like you stole it :biggrin: Rollin
None. The only problem I had with mine however was a blown rear shock after just a few weeks. Honda replaced it under warranty. I'm pretty sure this is not a larger problem as I have not heard of anyone else having the same failure. The reason there are so many of these bikes left is because it is a niche market. The CBRs are cheaper and are purely race oriented. Congratulations on the bike and welcome to the forum.
