Welcome to VFRW. How do you like th 1200? Is it stock, or has it been customized? If so, with what?

When you get a chance, upload a photo or two of your bikes, and please tell us more.

Bought it off an older gentleman. It hadn't been ridden much the last few years. The tires/tyres were old and it needed a fork seal. So I rode it about 150 miles and left it in Tennessee. My son got it fixed up.
I'm heading up in August for the Nashville Grand Prix. I'll bring it home then.
Here's a picture with his Harley-Davidson XR1200. It used to be mine. But now it's his. :)

My thoughts on it are. It pulls like a diesel truck. All that torque!!! And the seat is terrible.

    Welcome to the MadHouse:Welcome:

Congratulations on the new bike - and extra kudos for choosing a red one - which are always the fastest colour :potstirrer1:.

That 1200 engine is a serious power house, and once you find someone to improve the seat it sounds like you should have a real mile muncher.

Have fun when you finally get your hands on it! Take Care ATGATT
