Title says it all... R/R died on my 4th gen. (2nd time) boiled my battery and blew out my Silverstar head lamps. Put it in the shop for electrical diagnosis beyond R/R and valve adjustment (which they informed me after was out pretty bad). New battery installed, I'd trailered it to them partly stripped of bodywork and trailered it home. Spent two days adding a voltmeter, replacing the headlight bulbs, getting all the bodywork back on and cleaning. Test drive reveals speedometer is not working and it's now running like crap at low rpm's, sputters like it's running out of fuel... higher revs problem disappears. MAN, am I ever frustrated! Any suggestions or insights to be shared?
