    Hello all,

Been a few years since owning my last bike (Kawasaki ZR-7) but have been missing it. I knew the VFR was for me and when the 8th gen came out I fell in love. Happy to say this past weekend I finally made the purchase and picked myself up a perl white beauty!

    Loving it so far!

    Thanks!

Congratulations and welcome to the asylum. The 8th gen. has it's attributes and a couple of botch jobs (muffler and instrumentation design).

Well, I am a new fan of the 8th gens in white and those new style wheels so I can already tell you its probably badass but photos would confirm my hypothesis. Oh, and welcome to the madhouse.

    Here she is...

Looking forward to getting her broken in and putting some serious miles on.

AND there may be some overlooked aspects of this build, but for me it ticks every box.

DriftingAlong- botch job comment. Are you with me that the pipes should be under the seat like previous editions? And what did you not like about the instrument design? Just curious.

the white ones look like a blank sheet of paper, to me.

I'd take it to a vinyl shop and go all Freddie Spencer on it.

No, I didn't really get excited about having the exhaust under the seat. I don't have a problem with where it is but does it have to look like it could quiet a Peterbilt and hide the nearly the entire rear wheel? The instrument cluster has the plastic cover that reflects back the sky too much thus making reading the data more difficult to see than it has to be. A non-rider designed it.
