Just picked up a '06 Pearl White ABS from San Diego. Joins its stable mate, a '10 NT700V ABS. Bike came with a few adds like Two Brothers exhaust, Ohlins shock absorber, and Honda side bags and trunk. First mods will probably be 12V power adapter, peg lowering blocks, and risers/bars for the intended touring use of the bike. Only complaint is I wish the bike had at least a small pocket in the fairing for wallet/phone.

Welcome to the forum. White ones suck..... One add on you may wish to consider is an after market seat. People here seem to prefer the Sergent seat. Personally, I did not see much of a difference but agree this this is not a popular observation. There is a nice glove box under the seat of the sergent for your year. Large enough for a wallet but that's about it. Welcome to the forum. Nice bike.

Welcome aboard, thats a good looking bike you have there. Having somewhere to put my stuff is one of the reasons I almost always wear a jacket.

Thanks! I've decided on Heli Bars & peg lowering blocks. I'd really like to incorporate a pocket in the fairings and will try to figure something out. Not super fond of tank bags, functional but take away from the sanitary look I love!

If you can squeeze a box from the FJ into the VFR that would be neat

Joe Rocket makes a really nice little tank bag that is only big enough to carry your wallet, a small camera, a cell phone and pack of smokes if you are so inclined. Sits well on any tank. Just be somewhat on the gentle side when putting it on. Magnets are super strong and may dent you tank if you just slap it on. I have had one like this ever since I bought my bike in 06. I have also used other bigger ones to but use this one very frequently.

There is also on similar is size that has a bracket that hard connects to the gas cap ring which is really cool too. I can find out the name if you want. A friend has one.
