G,Day All Dennis here .I live in australia and i have just purchased a 1988 VFR750F J Model. The bike has been down the road with the previous owner and was a write off .Broken frame,bellypan,left fairing,indicator,mirror, top fairing, radiator,gearshift and a few small dents in the tank.The rest of the bike is in excellent condition.Been on holidays this week and have got to know every motorcycle wrecker in Oz trying to chase parts [bet i get a nice phone bill] The bike is making progress though, l located a frame,some new fairings,left mirror,gearshift and the rad is away being rebuilt.I still need to find a left hand indicator and the panels to go inside the left hand fairing.As soon as i do some small welding on the exhaust i can refit the motor,then put the rest of the bike back together.Im looking forward to the test ride as i havent ridden a VFR yet.Are they as good as people say? Im impressed with the build quality. Regards Dennis Flynn
