Heya folks, new here as the title implies. I just picked up a pretty ratted '97 750. I am gonna love this project bike. Always been in the chopper realm of bikes but you cant pass up a free bike. So I took it and gonna fix er up to a clean and simple fighter.

Whats the recommended manual? I hear that the Clymer is bad. Suggestions?

And whats that mini "radiator" thingy that hangs in front of the forks?

Glad to be a member. You will see me often as I learn this bike.

Welcome! Lots of good info on this site, and a bunch of nice guys too. Clymer manuals suck. Go to Helminc.com and order a factory Honda manual for about $45.00 The guys will pester you for pics, so snap lots and send 'em in. Not sure what your "rad thingy is, as I own a 1st gen. Someone here will tell you know what it is.
