    Good evening,

New to the post and riding street bikes for that matter. Recently purchased a 2003 VRF 800. I am enjoying the hell out of it. It's a damn good looking m/c, but it looks better in motion! This is my first street bike, however, I have ridden of road for a while. I just recently purchased all new gear. Got an EXO-700 helmet and Fieldsheer pants and jacket. I am really looking forward to getting those. For me, the most important part of riding a m/c is not what it can do, but getting home safe at the end of the day!!! Not that I have a lot of money ( civil servant, wife - 2 kids) but I would like to find a kit (saw what I am looking for in a picture) that has two forward facing lights that attaches to the forks. I drive I-25 (Colorado Springs to Denver) at the ass crack of dawn. About once a week I will roll over a dead critter (bear, elk, deer). I would like to be able to see it before I...yall know what I mean. Anyway, pleasure to be here and thank you for having me!!!

    Out of place redneck!!!

    GO VOLS!!!!!

Welcome to the boards. You'll find most people here are knowledgeable and willing to share. If you have the picture post it, someone will be able to tell you where to buy it, and how to best mount it.

Welcome aboard. So far it sounds like you will fit in just fine around here. Post up some bike pics when you get a chance.

A Vols fan in Colorado? Oh well, whatever works ;)

Moto Lights are probably the best quality fork-mounted lights around but they are also very pricey. A friend has them on two of her bikes and they are great.
