just joined after looking at this site for a while, recently bought a 1997 FV bought online sight unseen!,bit of a risk but the seller seemed fine when I spoke to him and the extra photo's he sent me the advert for the bike was the following

    Honda VFR 750 FV (1997)

Selling my beloved Honda VFR750 FV as I have purchased another bike and cant bear the thought of this bike wasting away. It is the cleanest examples of one of these bikes going as it has only 20000 miles on the clock (this might change as I do ride it still). I have any paperwork that came with the bike including all previous MOT's. The bike comes with the complete Honda tool kit under the seat with every tool still there.
The bike had its valves adjusted, carbs stripped cleaned and balanced, new battery, coolant changed, oil and filter changed, spark plugs changed, fork oil changed, headraces greased, brake fluid changed and clutch fluid changed at 17000 miles by a Honda technician as I work in the motorcycle trade. At 19600 miles it had a major brake service which included replacing ALL master cylinders (including clutch slave cylinder), complete caliper strip and replaced all seals, EBC pads all around, HEL braided lines (including clutch), new chain (D.I.D. ZVMX) & sprockets, rebuilt & greased rear hub. Still sounds and runs like new!
    The bike is pretty standard but it comes with;
    R&G Crash Protectors
R&G Bar Ends (Still have original)
Powerbronze Double Bubble Screen (Still have original)
    Powerbronze Headlight Protectors
    K&N Air Filter
    Renthal Dual Compound Grips
    Mitchelin Pilot Road 3's
HEL Braided Brake/Clutch Lines (Every Line)

it was as described,he delivered it to me the evening of the day I moved house so it was all a bit hectic, have not ridden it much as been busy on the house and the bike is too nice for to take out in the crappy weather unless I have to,NOT impressed with the headlights,a future upgrade of some sort and maybe a rear hugger as well, better get going

Couple of ways to post photos. If you have one of the internet photo sharing apps, you can insert the URL to the photo(s). (Make sure the permissions are set).

or upload photos from computer (which I do).

    1. Reply to thread.
    2. In the last Icon set, choose the square in the middle.

You will get this dialog box:

    3. Click on "From Computer", then "Choose File" (Pick photo from your local hard drive), make sure cursor is in and blinking in the text editor box, that is where photo will be placed.
    4. Click on "Upload File(s)", if nothing happens, double check cursor was in the text box.

having a long layoff on bikes meant that I did not fit my old gear, costs a fortune to buy all new stuff,I opted for Halvarssons so far it seems very good bit pricey though, better not put weight on again!
