New member cant ride till fuel pump is found

Hi everybody! I just bought a 2000 VFR 800. She only has 3472 miles,its yellow and showroom condition.It doesnt run but because of this awesome website ive already got the tank off and know that I only need a fuel pump.Does anyone have any ideas where I might locate one at good price since I went almost broke buying my new Honda?Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Or start looking for salvage yards on the internet. Most of the salvage stuff is halve of list or less. I wonder if a car pump may work also from Honda or after market.
