Saddlemen Sport Panniers - Street Bike - Motorcycle Superstore
After looking at all the "SOFT" luggage options I can find for a short overnight trip, I landed on Saddlemen sport Panniers. I was about to order but I was hoping someone might have a thought or two 1st? ..I think these will look and function well on the VIFF..Anyone else??

I was about to pull the trigger on these and managed to come across a set of hard bags a few days before I did. I think Randy has a set of them and speaks highly of them. They are a little more pricey but appear to be built very well and might offer a little more functionality than the ones you linked.

I too just saw the Saddlemen Sport Panniers and was looking here to see if anyone had rated them. I keep seeing "Unique water-resistant zippers for nasty weather", but it doesn't say if the bag itself it waterproof.
