I've got a 85 vf1kr that I have just completed the shock and wheel conversion from Jamie Daugherty. Now on to the cosmetics of the bike. I'm looking for someone that can work with the fiber and plastic parts. I've tried with junk pieces from ebay but I do not have the abilities, tools etc to do this correctly. I know it was dropped by a PO and I think the frame for the upper faring/headlight is tweaked and would like to get this fixed also.

    Thanks in advance

    Dan

Hello and welcome! I thought that a member on here (name might be VFRChuck or something) made some fairing kits for older VFRs....check with him. Oh, I heard it is hard to get ahold of him though...

VFRChuck produces some of the best stuff acording to others but he does it in his spare time so there can be a wait period. He is not a company but an individual. So contact and timelines can be an issue. told his stuff is really nice though.

    VF1KR fairings

If you can't find virgin OEM fairings, you can get nice aftermarket ones from:

    poly26.com

    In fiberglass.

On the fairing frame, no source that I know of. Remove old frame and get it fixed.
