    Hi everyone,

It's been about 15 years since I've ridden a motorcycle. My favorite of the three that I owned was a 92 VFR. I have been keeping my eye out recently as I am in a place that I can buy a bike again. I have found the following which appears to be a very good deal but I want to know if there any questions I should ask specifically about this model as it has been a long time and what I should look for. Thank you for the help. Although I haven't All though I haven't ridden in a long time I have lurked on this website for many years.

At that price, you NEED that '92 ! go for it !

most missing bodywork will be unobtainable unless you're unusually lucky, but it's a great chance to get your VFR cheap.

one thing you might check is the charging system. measure charging volts across the battery terminals with the engine running about 5000 rpm. check tires, chain, brakes.

For $800 and it runs, it looks OK.
Pretty sure that is just the first $800 you will spend on it.
But that could go for any bike. :D
