Hello all! Like the guy below, I just found & bought a pristine 2000 VFR, this one in screaming yellow! My first Interceptor descendent since my 1983 VF 750F. I had to basically decide & drive for 7 hours each way to make the purchase. Lots of tasty aftermarket pieces & super clean condition.
Only thing left to do is take a 1-way car rental back south to pick up the sweet machine-then it’s back on the road (back roads) to get home to the San Francisco Bay Area. Great to find this resource!!

Welcome to VFRW Saildanz. How many miles, is it past break in? When do you bring it home?

She’s done about 10 k miles so far w 2 owners over 20 years! Both were in the industry & had a stable of bikes to ride, so I think it’s all good. I’m taking a 1-way car rental to pick her up and then riding home, about 320 miles-as many back roads as I can find! All starting tomorrow ☀️
