So, I picked up a set for 98 bucks. O ring chain steel sprockets. Top of the line chain, no. Will it last 15K? I will adjust and lube the hell out of it so maybe. In any event, it had a normal master link and every one says this is a big no no. Dont know if I agree but in any event, I couldnt find a screw type or press type and didnt want to spend a ton of money on another special tool, so after installing the master link and cleaning it and clip then roughing it up, I put some JB weld in the center of the clip and at both ends. Once the cold weld completes I wouldnt expect it to come off. By the way, instead of grinding the old rivets off a link or taking out the swingarm bolt, I just got out the sawsall and blocked the chain so it wouldnt move around and went to town. Worked pretty well.
