G'day people.

Grouse forum.

Bought my first Honda a couple of weeks ago after plenty of research. 2006 VFR and I bloody love it! The research payed off. Had a Buell Cyclone before this, a 1200 Sportster before that and a Kwaka 6 before that.

Love the look, love the way it handles and I know plenty don't like it......but the vtec gets me excited, brings an extra dimension to things I reckon.

Man.....what a cool bike, can't stay off the thing.

VFR for ever for me now.

Welcome Goose, and liking your ride is a good thing! The different Gen argument makes me laugh, these bikes are all more similar than any other models on the market! Enjoy!

Goose, Welcome mate, I've tried al sorts of bike but always come back to the VFR, you just cant beat em.

Might have to get together for a ride as hope to be moving to South Australia by the end of the year.

 

Welcome aboard Goose, you can't help not liking the VFR it's got the right mix of everything:welcome: . I'm planning a months vacation to Oz to do a cycle tour some time in the next few years; so any info on great/recommended places to see don't be afraid to post them up.

 

All post would be greatly appreciated as with any luck could soon be working in South Australia.

Welcome Goose! I'm not to far from Knoxville, Iowa which has been the home away from home for many Sprint Car Drivers from Australia over the years, the Aussies are generally the crowds favorites! oh, and vfr's are great a bike, but I don't know what the vtec kick is like!:biggrin:
