New 4th gen owner - What should I look for or fix?

I've just picked up a 4th generation VFR. She's been sat for a while but is now running well. She seems effectively stock so my question is, what are the usual mods and upgrades that are worth doing?
Is there an airbox mod, an emission system to pull off? I'm also considering a jet kit, just because I've used them before and the quality of the Dynojet kit is superb and they usually make a noticeable improvement.

Brake and clutch lines might be toast by now. Check exhaust collector box under engine for rust. Go ride!
