Got me a "ar, double-u, bee" I am fired up!

She has about 8k miles and is absolutey perfect.

The only bummer is: My first ride was a little over an hour and my knees were talking dirty. My knees are roached from riding dirt bikes. I'm 6'1" and it kills me to keep them bent like that for long periods.

I'm not too worried though. I'll get it figured out! I am going to try some of those lowering blocks and that should help and maybe look at seats too.

    Here she is:

That's a Beauty there Tank. Good choice. Try Sargent seats if you do long rides.

Actually, I'm just up the road a piece in San Clemente...

Yea I might check out a seat. I already mounted some Peg Lowering Blocks and that made a huge difference (my knees are toast from years of riding dirt bikes).

    Thanks for the welcome!

    TS,

I've been using the lowering blocks on my foot pegs for about a year now.

    I highly recommend them.

Also, adding taller handlebars and windscreen improves the ergonomics necessary for long trips.
