I just picked up a vfr on cl for a decent price. It's a 2 owner with 3k miles on it and looks like new. The price was fair and I've always wanted one so I treated myself. I did have to get new tires for it and ended up buying a set of michelin road 2s. I haven't mounted them yet so I don't know what the bike really rides like yet. The stock dunlops have alot of cupping and uneven wear especially on the front and I'm not about to press my luck with them. Anyone have any tips about what tire pressures to run? The recommended pressures seem too high for me and I want to get some miles out of the new tires.

    Congrats on the new ride!
As far as tire pressures, I run 37ish on the street and 28 on the track (cold). I don't get very many miles out of a set of tires unfortunately.
