You do not need to replace the cover, just get the rebuilt kit and the new bleader skrew....I have the same proplem and in search for the rebuilt kit. I found a link called black horse but the kit for my 2006 is out of stock.....they do have for your year in stock. Good luck

Your buddy knows less than you do, so be cautious.

Be VERY careful when replacing slave and cover not to over-tighten the long bolts.

You need the service manual for reference since the bolts needs to be tightened in the prescribed sequence.

I may have a spare, will go look this afternoon. Often the bore is damaged due to corrosion so you may want to disassemble and inspect before buying parts to be sure it is repairable. That particular part has gone unchanged over all the gens so it is really easy to locate another if needed.

Yea he didnt know if that cover was a part of the rebuild kit., there only like 15 bucks so thats cool and they look pretty simple to fix. Whats the sequence that the bolts need to be tightened?! If you got a spare that would be awesome. Thanks for the help.
