Need someone that has Beetles bags installed on 98-01 VFR800 to help on missing parts

Hello everyone,

I have a set of beetle bags for a 99 vfr800. Unfortunately the rear license plate bracket is missing. Corbin has nothing as spares, no help at all, no drawings not dimensions nothing. Sad.

Anyway, if there is anyone out there that has them installed and would be willing to take the rear bracket off and take a close up picture http://www.corbin.com/honda/hvfr98bags_inst1.jpg and then add the dimensions of it so I can build one (length, width, hole position and tube size etc....), I would appreciate it. Just as much details as possible. This is the picture of the install sheet and it is item C in the parts list image. Any help would be appreciate it. I really want to get this installed and need to make one from some kind of dimensions. Thanks
