Need some information about VF1000R carbs.
    VF1000F, VF1000R and VF1100

Some bikes have dyno jet kits installed and part of that "kit" is a drill bit to make the hole larger in the top of the slide so it will drop faster.

Does anyone know what size that drill bit is?? THANKS

I've got that info for my 750 when I did it. It's in one of two or three may be four places?? I'll look for it tonight.

Found the info. The instructions say: "drill slide hole with drill provided in the kit." Duh..... But the parts list has a part called "Slide Drill DD#7/64". I'm assuming for the 750 it's a 7/64th drill bit. I would start with that and then test. If need be then go up another 64th.? That's the best I can do Donald. It was along time ago I did that. Good luck.

Thanks for getting that information. I appreciate it.

I found out that the VF1100 firing order was changed to 1-2-3-4 instead of 1-4-3-2
Like all the other VF series bikes. The VW bug was 1-4-3-2 also.
I sure would like to know why they did that.

The 1984 SABRE was the only V4 that had a pilot screw opening of 3-3/8 turns out and none of the other v4s had that many turns out. They were trying to get it real lean.
