Need Some Help - Questions.

    Just a couple quick questions. I'm picking up a set of factory paniers for my 2002 VFR but I will need to remove them from the owners bike as she has never done so. What tools do I need to get the brackets off with and do you have any tips for the removal and installation? Thanks much in advance!!!
