I want superbike bars, but they must clear the stock fairing uppers or at least only *touch* at full lock. I WILL NOT trim the bodywork. Can anyone who has done this mod recommend any specific riser / bend / mount sizes that work? I'm not looking for ape hangers, just about 1-2 inches up and back with a bit straighter bend.

Not that I know of; I had Vortex clip ons on the 97 VFR I once owned as it bacame my street/ track bike. I had them adjusted best I could and I still could not turn the handlebars without hitting the plastic. I didnt care bacasue I was on the track more than the street and I could still make slow tight turns, but it was harder to do it.

    Good luck on your search.
