need help with project (suspension)

ive got an 84 interceptor 700. all of the body parts are kinda shot and removed so im making the bike more the way i want it. i need to figure out how to increase the ride height of my bike and suspension travel. any suggestions? its kinda turning into a streetfighter looking/rat/offroad bike. im pretty much set on customizing my vf and not buying a dual sport so that suggestion is worthless to me. id also like to remove some weight from the bike as well. anyone know of anything it doesnt really need?

 

pretty much the do all bike for the zombie/nuclear Apocalypse.

 

would anyone know if there are any dirt/dual sport forks and swingarms that would fit these bikes.
