    Hello,
Guys, I will really appreciate any help with the problem I'll describe below.
Please excuse me for grammar (English is my second language).

I have 2002 Veefer and its looks like she is getting sick. LOL
Just randomly, once or twice a day she will die when I switch from second to third gear.
Be more correctly, she dies between times I squeeze the clutch and kick to third gear and release clutch lever.
Engine will pop-start again after clutch is released, and she will ride fine.
It's only happened between 2 and 3 gear. I try to duplicate this problem , but was unsuccessful.
What is wrong with her? What can I do to fix her?
If you guys need more info please let me know.
    Thank you .

Check your idle. If the idle is too low, the bike will stall between shifts from time to time. I believe that the manual states idle should be 1200 RPM +/- 100 RPM. I have the exact same problem you do when my idle is set to anything less than 1350 RPM, except it can happen in any gear. You probably only have it happen between 2nd and 3rd due to the combination of the timing of your shift, when you roll and the rate of accelleration. If you were to go out and ride her in the upper of the RPM range all day long, you would probably never see this happen.

    Thanks for your advise,
I will correct idle and run her for a week. Will see what happens.

Glad to help. For what its worth, mine used to do it on a daily basis and almost always did it between 4th-5th or 5th-6th. As soon as I raised the idle, the problem was solved and hasn't happened since.
