need help 84 vf 500 helllllp!

    i have a 84 honda intercepter vf500f and am lookin to buy a gasket set i believe i found the right one but it says its for a 84-85 vf500 f2e is mine an f2e?please help

    Is this the set from parts-n-more? If so I just used their set on my '84 500 and it's working great so far.

    i'm not totally sure i know what i'm talking about but i think the f2 is a european version that had diferent fairings but i would assume the engine would be the same as far as a gasket kit would be concerned

    I believe Pcohen is correct regarding F vs. F2. I believe the 'e' referrers to what year it was made.

    If you're talking about the partsnmore.com set, good luck. I'm waiting for them to get them back in stock, myself! I have until the winter though, so I won't stress over it!
