Just me riding my different VFR's over the years.

    2007 VFR800
    2010 VFR1200F
    2015 VFR1200X
    and now back to a 2007 VFR800.

My ride from Phoenix to Vegas and then to Utah was in 44C. It was so f'ing hot. I was in my full textiles. In the side pod I had a drybag with water in it. I was wearing a Buff and a CTR cool vest. Every second gas stop I would dunk the vest and Buff back into the dry bag, soak them and then put them back on. Kept me cool for about 1.5 hrs, even in 44C. My gloves in Vegas though were roasting...

    Anyway, enjoy.

Riding in 44C is not that bad if you are moving. Open the visor as you are going along and the dry heat is cooking. The cool vest really did its job. At one stage I was really getting a headache, I stopped and soaked the buff, 5 mins later and the headache was gone. It cooled the blood in my neck before it hit my small brain.

I bought the bike in July 2018. I rode it from Phoenix back to Calgary.
