Sorry 60k that is  Been away for awhile, sorry, I've been involved in track stuff, so the VFR got sidelined for awhile. Got to say I love this bike! I ride year around and put around 25k annually on my bikes so it gets a lot of use. It's my daily rider, two up bike and touring bike, it replaced my 07 VStrom which was essentially traded in on my 08 CBR1000. 60k is not exactly IB miles but it is still pretty impressive for a semi sports bike, it needs a bath but I think it still looks pretty good for a 13 year old bike! Next milestone is 75,000, I should hit that about this time next year. With the planned suspension upgrades and hopefully removing the LBS during the winter, I don’t see any reason not to hit 100k on it. It still runs perfect and with the lowering pegs and helibars, it is incredibly comfortable to ride, especially after getting off the CBR, that thing is a pure torture device for rides over an hour :frown:

Side note on this, I had 31 miles to go to hit exactly 60k so I told my wife that we had a major event happening that she needed to see and to be ready to go for a ride when I got home. Long and short of it, her definition of major event differed dramatically from mine!

So the new stuff is, I am in the process of upgrading the suspension, I'm replacing the rear shock with one from a 929, once that is done, I'm debating about the front shocks, either going with the F4 internals or just springs\valves. I'm leaning towards just replacing the springs with Racetech and putting some of their Gold Valves on it and hope that I get the spring rate right. The next big change will be to completely remove the LBS and put on some decent brakes.
