    Hi all,

I just picked up a beautiful two tone pearl white and black 2009 VFR800 about 6 weeks ago.

I've always respected Honda as they have built some beautiful bikes over the years but being a hardcore, green-bleeding Kawasaki fanboy I never thought I would own one. When I saw the previous owner pull up on it for the first time I was in love (with the bike lol). To be honest, I didn't even know this bike existed until I saw it on Kijiji and after researching it decided to take a look at it.

I was blown away by the low end torque, the buttery smooth ride and that vtec pull on the top end. It's a REALLY nice bike to ride and I'm looking forward to spring when I can really get to know her.

The previous owner had done many upgrades to it, nothing really left that I would want to do except the seat...not sure if it's because it's 10 years old or if that's how it is but I don't like it, rock hard and not much support. I'm going to order a Sargent seat unless someone has a better suggestion?

Anyways, long winded intro but I am excited about my new toy and I look forward hanging out on here and learning more about her.

    Cheers,

Nice to see a few new members showing up here, welcome to the nut house.
One suggestion to transform your ride is to upgrade your suspension with our guru here, Jamie at
